LiibertySun is a solar advocacy organization. We connect homeowners to solar financing and installation solutions. We represent the customer. Rather than pushing a particular product or service, we help clients find the best solution based on their specific need.
We’re a high touch organization with a local presence in the communities we serve. Our goal is to be the voice and face of ‘solar’ to homeowners. Our advocates connect with homeowners through personal referrals and social networks.

Our story: Solar is the right thing to do. Solar increases property value. Solar reduces both energy bills and carbon emissions.
Our target customers are homeowners in key U.S. solar markets (i.e. California, Hawaii, Arizona, etc.). They are affluent, progressive and inclined to purchase a home solar system. They are concerned about the environment.
LiibertySun is a consumer-facing brand. We’re looking for a strong logo that highlights "solar," "clean," renewable," and "green".” Logo applications include media kit, collateral, mailers, trade show booth, Pruis wrap, etc. Consumers will identify our logo as representing a green/eco/solar-company. The image has to be simple and easily recognizable.
NOTE the double "ii" in the name. This has been selected due to the availability of http://www.liiberty.com URL. The "ii" needs to be emphasized to alleviate possible confusion associated with irregular spelling ("liiberty”).
The logo can include the URL or exclude it subject to whatever creates the best brand impression (simple is good). If the logo excludes URL then 2 versions will be required including one with and one without URL.
The "ii" provides an opportunity to incorporate a sense of community, people, etc. But don't over-work the community/people element. This aspect is a contingency, not a requirement. Should Not Have: Light, serif fonts. Needs to work as a small 72dpi mark and as a central graphic theme on a Prius car wrap.
