We are an affordable housing developer in Mexico City. "Quiero Casa" means "I want a home." Our projects are different from those of our competitors because we try to build housing in city centers (as opposed to other developers who build homes in the outskirts) and, in such way, we offer a better quality of life to the people that buy a home from us. Homes are usually about 500 SF and have two rooms plus all the common spaces you find at a home. We try to put other amenities in our developments such as gardens, etcetera.

We want the name to call the attention of buyers, to be fun and to reflect values of family, love, home...
