I teach yoga and mindful eating classes. My audience is women between 25-50, with disposable income, and highly invested in taking care of themselves and feeling good. My goal is to help people reconnect to their instinctive super powers to know when, what, and how much to eat and where they invest their energy into their lives. I want to help people feel comfortable in their own skin. The yoga classes I teach are focused on body alignment, breathing, and feeling more than traditional Indian philosophy and spiritual practices.
