We own several lead generation sites, primarily dealing with insurance and mortgages. This particular site is going to be promoted through extensive offline advertising and sponsorship, along with online display ads.
This is a site that we wish to brand through repeated exposure to the target audience. Please ignore all current content on the website as the entire design and structure of the site will change. The website has never been launched at all current content is there as a placeholder.

The target audience are adults over 25 years old. Some sponsorship will involve auto racing and sports and therefore a slightly more edgy approach than the typical boring auto insurance/mortgage logo would be appropriate. We wish to highlight the "Win" aspect of the name as if the site can do more than just give rates like any other site... but that they will actually find lower rates and therefore "Win" by using the site.
It is important that the actual URL, including the .com be easy to see, process, and remember from the logo. This is the only way people seeing our advertising offline will remember us online. So "RateWin.com" should be a predominant part of the logo.
Preferred color choices are blue with orange with perhaps some white, black or gray. The logo needs to be able to stand alone in print so designs of extremely odd shapes or that are background dependent should be avoided. Occasionally the logo may appear in black and white, so the shades should perhaps be darker or bold or otherwise stand out from the background.
Finally, under the logo there should be room for a tag line "Cheaper Insurance - Lower Mortgages" intended to tell people what we are about.
