The target audience for the company is both (private and commercial):
- renters - new renting customers and managing existing customers
- landlords - landlords looking for a new property managing and existing customers
- buyers - people looking to buy a new property
- sellers - people looking to sell a propertyThe identity needs to be professional, respectable, friendly and engender the feeling that this is a boutique firm with a personal touch. Some kind of icon that plays on the idea of a diamond that can be re-used independently of the text as a branding element is required. Other than this â€“ the brief is completely open.
We have no colour preferences, although given the name should probably have blue in there somewhere (and the logo should work in black+white). We also have no font preferences.
