Our primary focus is changing unused or under-utilized patio and back yard spaces into year-round or seasonal stunning spaces like glass room additions, home extensions, patio covers or modern outdoor / indoor entertainment spaces that are designed to bring the outdoors in Our target is homeowners in and around the Greater Toronto Area (Canada) that want a unique space in there home and make better use of their back yard space. Traditionally the demographic for sunrooms (our 80%) are homeowners who are well established generally in late 50’ to 70’s with lots of equity. We would still like to appeal to this group but would like it to also target the 35 year plus crowed. With a fresh look a clean and neat approach and something that is cool, hip, and stylish. Elegance, presence, quality care & dedication. A company with heart, a family feel and one that cares to do the right thing, to tell the truth and to look at problems from a different angle. Not perfect but always striving to improve and be and do better. We currently build year-round glass room additions (under the FSSP brand www.fourseasonssunrooms.com corporate website, and our current site is www.fourseasons-sunrooms.com) we want our own brand that speaks to our values and allows us to bring other quality products into our service offering. We offer a “full design” service from permits to planning to full building and construction

Some other insight My father for years has been known to use the word marvelous when a job or part of it was completed well. He is also my construction manager and some of the guys have gotten used to this word and even tend to use it in a sarcastic manner around him, I am thinking it could be our name or some variation of it might be a fitting homage to him. Last year I purchased the URL "itsmarvelous.ca" just in case there is a way to make something work. - I like the idea of being able to say go to itsmarvelous.ca to see what we do. I guess I’m looking for advice, suggestions and maybe ultimately some direction with a name, brand, and the deliverables in the attachment. Briefing – Request for Proposal About Four Seasons Sunrooms The Four Seasons Sunrooms Brand has been marketed through corporate and independent locations in the GTA for almost 40 years. The brand has maintained the reputation of being an industry leader and the go to company for sunrooms, solariums, and conservatories in the market. Our family owned location which happens to be one of the last Four Seasons Sunrooms franchise / dealer locations left is the number one location in Canada and the number 3 dealer in all the company. Our focus has been on providing homeowners with quality heated solarium additions using four seasons brand/products. With that as our primary business we branch out into building more involved projects like full additions and a mix of the two like Hampton rooms. With these projects’ homeowners ask us for decks, patio covers, front porch enclosures, windows, doors & heating (primarily for the sunroom/additions) These sunroom / addition projects require permits 90% of the time. This makes it very difficult to manage and rely on as there are no guarantees projects can be built and, in more cases, take s to long where clients can cancel more likely. This is our core, and we would like to continue doing these projects and refine our systems and process to be more effective & efficient. We would like to add new products & new manufacturers in our offering for things like seasonal products. Especially products that do not require building permits or are in the threshold of installed with in a few days. Patio covers, decks, seasonal rooms, life room sales, windows, good looking porch enclosures are things we could do more of. Potential other options for new sales & revenue composite decking (find exclusive offering – ideal), railing systems (outside & in?) Foundation offering (like a techno post), Spray Foam? Focus on modular build? Build indoor modular rooms? Crane In and assemble on the job site?, Objectives • Come up with 2 or 3 names & or a few words or phases that can encompass a brand of our own. A brand that piggy backs on the Four Seasons brand for the next 2 to 5 years. We would like to have our own message and provide options to bring in other products and brands into our offering. • The brand should have a family central feel, a connection to natural light, energy, health & wellness and bringing good people together that care and love each other. • Currently our rooms become a central place where people gather. They become the favourite room in the home and its where everyone congregates to. A brand that speaks to these values. Exclusive products that are the best quality within their respective markets. A connection to the outdoors in a warm and comfortable setting. Making homes better through great quality products & service. Deliverables Phase 1 • Name + phrase + feel (what is our story, what is our direction) Deliverables Phase 2 • Rebrand the corporate material to target the GTA crowd as a central location for outdoor living products? • Can copy FSS corporate branding guidelines about clean modern and exclusive look. • Showcase the portfolio of products offered: Separate what is FSS and what is other products or services but make it into one officering. like a design centre that carries the FSS brand. – exclusive home of FSS… • Educate the client on our value proposition and why people would want to work with us. Reference good quality, great reputation, leverage current FSS history and past history as my family has been in this FSS world behind the scenes for 20 + years • Create content to explain the value proposal of what we do and why someone should do it with us (Benefits of natural light, local success stories) • Create a standard package of documentation (Copywriting) o Digital Brochure o Pre-positioning package o Welcome Package o After Care Package o Warranty Documentation I have attached some current FSSP literate and corporate branding guidelines. and our Presentation. I love the clean and neat feel and look and would like to be able to co brand this new brand in conjunction with this FSS brand. something that if we wanted to replace the log and adjust color scheme it would be seamless transition
