Mockups
I'm an app designer who works with clients to realize their iPhone projects. Before starting development, I create wireframes of different app concepts to see whether this is what the client wants. I used to print out my wireframes to show my clients, but paper makes it difficult to get a feeling of how the app will work on an actual device.
For this reason, I created an app that allows me to display designs created with my favourite wireframing tool Balsamiq (http://balsamiq.com/) on the iPhone. I now want to sell this app and need an app icon for it.
UX professionals, interaction designers, and software engineers who create user interfaces and need to test their designs on an iPhone.
My iPhone app Mockups is a tool that helps interaction designers and software engineers to display their user interface designs on the iPhone. For example, you can create a wireframe with Balsamiq (http://balsamiq.com/) and use my app to display your design directly on the iPhone.
I imagine an app icon related to displaying and reviewing user interface designs (designs in the form of sketches, wireframes, or Photoshop images).
I need your design for an app icon as a layered Photoshop file or Illustrator file (CS4 or older).
In addition, I also need your design exported as PNG images in different sizes (24 bits, no transparency, 72 dpi):
- 29x29 (search results iPhone, settings iPad)
- 50x50 (search results iPad)
- 57x57 (application icon iPhone)
- 58x58 (search results iPhone high-res)
- 72x72 (application icon iPad)
- 114x14 (application icon iPhone high-res)
- 512x512 (App Store icon)
It's important that your design looks great in all image sizes mentioned here. Bonus points for designers that optimize PNG images to look perfect for their size rather than just downsizing a large original.
