Any style which meets the above criteria will be fine. If you are familiar with the Mixi site, you may draw inspiration from it's stylings. If not, that's OK too.

The site shows users how to use Mixi, which is like a MySpace for Japan, but a lot better. The design can be anything which follows the following criteria:
-looks good small
-uses orange (with or without other colours)
-looks Japanesey
-depicts social networking (friends site)
