I am an IFPA certified and REPs UAE registered personal trainer, an INBA Men’s Physique competitor (Natural Mr. Olympia 2015), Men’s Health magazine cover model (Feb 2016) and have been active in the field of fitness for almost 2 decades.
My holistic approach to fitness is based on the overall development of the human body and mind. For me it’s not only about looks, but more about general well being, health, mobility, performance, self-confidence, education and personal development all ensuring you a higher quality of life. That’s the reason why just calling myself a personal trainer does not do justice to the services I provide.
As part of Online coaching I will:
Provide you with a comprehensive and easy to understand “Manual to a fitter YOU– An introduction to flexible dieting”
Establish and continuously adjust your specific flexible dieting caloric and macronutrient needs
Put together a sample meal plan based on your food preferences providing a guideline on how to reach your daily nutritional goals
Share a recommended grocery shopping list of high protein, low calorie "power foods" and regular sample recipes
Design an easy to follow weight training and cardio regimen tailored to your objectives
Be available over phone/skype/email/WhatsApp etc. whenever guidance is needed.
Give you feedback/correction on your exercise form via videos
Take care of Reverse dieting once your goal conditioning is achieved to prevent the "yo-yo" effect associated with regular diet plans
As your 1:1 Personal trainer I will:
Make you familiar with the gym equipment and teach you the effective and safe execution of basic and advanced weight training exercises
Work on correcting your posture and improve mobility
Focus on overall development and lagging body-parts to ensure balance and symmetry in your physique
Utilize different training protocols with specific goals in mind (strength/power, muscle gain, fat loss etc.)
