2. see attached screenshot (2010-07-08-12.42.13) of banner, an updated version that includes a catch phrase like "Dedicated to Helping Disabled Americans Receive Disability Benefits"
3. A design similiar to this see screenshot (2010-07-08-12.46.37), do not include the law firm name, this is not my company, use something like Apply For Disability Now - The Authority on Social Security
