I need a letter (8 1/2" x 11") size flyer designed to promote our storage spaces when we have availability.
The Shores
I run a 532 unit high end apartment building in Santa Monica, CA USA. Rents start at $3,000 per month and top out at $6,500. Occasionally I have storage spaces for rent and I want a flyer that I can deliver to the tenants letting them know we have availability and prices. Prices range from $65 per month to $200 per month depending on size. If you send me an email (jhotch@douglasemmett.com) I will e mail you pics of the property and our logo.
I now realize that asking you talented people to work in Publisher is too restricting. Please feel free to create a generic looking flyer that states that we have storages available and to call for availability, sizes and pricing.
