Agent 1 Real Estate is an up and coming Real Estate Company looking to expand its operations. We want to make sure we have a professional looking logo before we start recruiting agents and advertising to the masses. We believe that branding is very important and a great logo will help in that process. We handle all types of residential resale transactions.
Agent 1 Real Estate
Our target audience is anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. We also will be recruiting other Real Estate Agents to work under the Agent 1 Real Estate name.
We would like a professional identifiable logo that without words can be recognized as a real estate company.
Our current colors are a limish green and dark blue almost black (see attached logo). The colors must be identifiable and different from the other major real estate brands in the market place.
We do not want red and blue but would be open to other unique colors.
If possible, we would like to keep the design at two colors. Also, logo must be ok for grayscale/black and white printing.
This logo will be on business cards, signs (open house, for sale, retail), letterhead and other marketing material.
The name is very long so if possible we would like to be able to separate the name and logo if necessary.
I like the idea of an arrow/house (similar to what I'm using) so it would be cool to see an improvement on my current logo as well as new ideas too.
